  • HM Revenue & Customs, regulatory bodies, and other relevant authorities in the United States and other applicable jurisdictions, when mandated by certain circumstances.

We mandate that all third parties to whom user data is transferred uphold the security and confidentiality of user personal data, and they are required to handle it in accordance with the law. We only permit such third parties to process user personal data for specific purposes and as instructed by us.

The latter databases are configured for enhanced protection including physical separation on separate machines and encryption

VII. Data Storage Duration

According to legal requirements, we are obligated to retain essential customer information, including Contact, Identity, Financial, and Transaction Data, for a period of six years after the termination of the customer relationship for tax-related purposes.

IX. Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
